A calming nighttime drink with tart cherry juice, magnesium, and sparkling water. Don't forget to spritz your pillow with our calming lavender pillow mist! 

🌿 Ingredients:

  • ½ cup tart cherry juice (unsweetened)

  • ½ can (or ~4 oz) sparkling water (plain or flavored like lemon or berry)

  • 1 serving magnesium powder (unflavored or lightly flavored—consult your brand’s label)

  • Ice

  • Optional: slice of lemon or a few mint leaves for garnish

🥄 Directions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice.
    Choose a tall glass to keep it refreshing and light.

  2. Add the magnesium powder and cherry juice.
    Stir gently to dissolve the powder completely.

  3. Top with sparkling water.
    Give it a final swirl or stir.
